Honestly my favorite Mexican restaurant since we’ve moved out here. Service is always phenomenal and they genuinely care about their customers. I 100% recommend this to anyone who is out this way!
Fantastic food!! Great service, Jim took excellent care of us! Yummy margaritas, we had the Carnitas tacos and Maracas tacos, both were so delicious! Their salsa tomatillo was amazing! We know now why the parking lot has always been packed when we passed by, we will definitely be back!!!
By far, the best Mexican food I ever had!. The staff was very welcoming and were very attentive to our dining experience. Had a great time looking forward to going again!
We just moved to the area and decided to stop in for dinner. We’re SO happy we did! We loved that they had a covered patio with fun music to enjoy the nice weather. Chips were warm and perfectly crispy, and the salsa was nice and fresh! We both had house margs, and they were perfection. My fiance had steak tacos while I had the grande fajita quesadilla with chicken, and both were so delicious with ample portions! Above all, the hospitality is truly what made this experience great and will keep us coming back, for our waiter was very warm and attentive, and the owner was extremely kind and personable, checking on us to make sure we were happy with everything. We always love to support a small business, and we can’t wait to make this a regular stop for dinner!
I just want to thank Gabby and the entire Team at the restaurant for a great dining expand for helping celebrate our families March Birthdays! We had a Great Server named Gabby and the entire staff went out of there way to accommodate our group of 10 to celebrate 3 family members Birthdays!!! This is our new favorite go-to Mexican restaurant! Truly family owned by brothers David and Gabriel. Delicious home made salsa! Big variety of Mexican dishes. Everything we have tried is absolutely wonderful. Located in New Melle. A short drive from Wentzville (I-70 & I-64) or Hiway 94 wine country and well worth it. Friendly servers. Say "Hi" to David or Gabriel. They're usually roaming around. New outdoor patio should be ready for Cinco De Mayo.
I want to express my great appreciation for the warm hospitality and great care of Gabriel, David, and Luis when I visited Maracas for the very first time with a very dear family friend a few weeks ago. From the moment that I placed a call to the restaurant to my departure from the restaurant, I felt their warmth and their sincere desire to be responsive to my very serious seafood allergy. They took extra effort to make sure I would not have any cross-contamination issues, and I left the restaurant with appreciation for their food and with gratitude that I was free of any allergic reaction or sensitivity. I do have a few requests for Gabriel and David: 1.) Please offer a whole wheat option for your tortillas; 2.) Please consider adding a "vegan" designation to any menu item that is not only vegetarian but dairy-free and egg-free; 3.) Please integrate organic ingredients whenever possible; 4.) Please put a warning label regarding just how powerful the “El Yucateco Green Habanero Hot Sauce” is -- it really requires a very hearty GI system; I mean this in all sincerity! I wish your restaurant continued success!
Every time we've eaten here, the food is outstanding! We went on. Friday & had the pleasure of enjoying mariachi that went from table to table. We had an excellent dining experience!
